Mrs. Fultz was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1995 and quickly began married life with her husband of 24 years. In 2001 she resumed her education by enrolling in courses at Crowder College. In 2005 she graduated with her Associate's Degree and transferred to Missouri Southern State University where in 2009 she earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Education with a minor in Psychology and a certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Mrs. Fultz graduated in 2013 from Arkansas State University with a Master's Degree in Special Education: Gifted, Talented, and Creative. In 2016 she also earned an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. She has lived in Carthage for fifteen years and has been busy raising four children with her high school sweetheart, Kevin. Mrs. Fultz begins her 11th year of teaching this 2019-2020 school year. Her passion for reading, writing, and educating young minds is why she became a teacher. In her spare time, Mrs. Fultz enjoys shopping, reading, attending local sporting events, listening to all types of music, and daydreaming. Her phenomenal skills are not limited to the classroom; she is an excellent baker, writer, and friend. Mrs. Fultz is notorious for having a song stuck in her head, spontaneous dancing and singing, and her quirky sense of humor.
